I am very pleased with the results of my breast augmentation. I am also pleased with the care and attention I received from Dr. Marefat and his staff.

I have always been a big “Tom boy” if you will and having Boobs has made me feel like more of a girl. I feel more balanced in my body shape and Iwould do it again in a second to make myself happy!

Barbie, Roya , and Dr. Marefat were great! I would definitely do this operation again and I would recommend it to anyone who feels embarrassed to what they were born with. It really helps self-esteem. The operation itself and recovery time was nowhere near as bad as I thought. I was simply sore afterwards but still able to move around and went back to work about one and a half weeks after.

I had Breast Augmentation 8 years ago (96). I am, and always been 100% satisfied with my decision. If I had to do it over again, I would not think twice about making the same decision. Overall, the decision to have the surgery was one that I am satisfied with. I am still glad that I chose to have the surgery and found the nurses and doctor to be very patient with all of my questions.

Surgery recovery was much easier than I imagined. I was driving the next day and was only really uncomfortable at the beginning when lying down. Scars are very small. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Marefat is superb.

Before undergoing breast augmentation my self-esteem and confidence in my appearance was low because of small and sagging breast. I was always self-conscious and uncomfortable in wearing certain clothing. The surgical procedure and discomfort experienced post-operatively was well worth the results. Now I feel more feminine. I'm pleased with my appearance in all my clothes. I even go bra-less comfortably, and may I add, frequently. My implants appear very natural. I've on occasion forgotten I wasn't born with good genes to have such beautiful breast. Dr. Marefat's surgical and artistic skill has truly made a difference in my life. I do not regret having the surgery and would recommend it to anyone who would like to enhance their appearance. Good Luck.

My experience with Dr. Marefat was better than I anticipated. I interviewed many doctors before I chose him. He is very professional and treated me with care and kindness. A year after my augmentation I am extremely happy. I am much more confident and I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a plastic surgery.

When contemplating plastic surgery, I did extensive research to ensure I was knowledgeable about the procedure, the results, the longterm and shortterm effects, etc. However, selecting a physician was something I could do only limited research on because once you're under the anesthesia , its all up to him or her, and all you can do is trust that they will make your experience a great one. Dr. Marefat and his staff did that superbly. They made my experience on that I will never forget and. If I ever contemplate more work, I will come back to them without a second thought.

At first I was really scared about having surgery but I knew that I havted the fact that my chest was so small. I also hated my thighs and I knew tht no matter how much I worked out, I could'nt really target my thighs. I finally decided to have the surgery to fix both areas.
