These photographs show a 24 year old female who had significant breast asymmetry and tuberous deformity of the breast (constricting tissue in the breast causing tightness of the fold under the breast). This problem was corrected by placing breast implants to enlarge the breasts and lifting the nipple through a short scar (verticle mastopexy) technique.
